2-4 Months Before the Wedding

Here is a wedding countdown for the items that need to be taken care of 2-4 months before the big day:

1) Call the county clerk's office to find out about the marriage license requirements
2) Get the tuxs for both the groom and the groomsmen ordered
3) Meet with the caterer or banquet manager to discuss menus, the type of service you will have, bar style, etc.
4) Order the wedding cake
5) Select your ceremony and reception music
6) Buy thank-you gifts for your attendents
7) Choose favors and welcome baskets
8) Shop for and order wedding bands
9) Meet with any party rental company you may be using
10) Book a room for your wedding night
